You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) to use our Services.

• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our content or software.
   
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
   

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

All content in The Autistic Executive (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

• Paid features or subscriptions will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
   
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
   
• We may change pricing with prior notice.
   

Our Services provide information and resources to support neurodivergent professionals. They are not medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always seek qualified professional guidance for health or legal matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Autistic Executive LLC is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.”
