I’m a Silicon Valley executive, technologist, and author who came to my autism diagnosis later in life. For years I moved through high-pressure corporate and startup environments without knowing why social situations felt so draining or why sensory overload and burnout kept catching me off guard. My diagnosis finally gave those experiences a name and a framework.
Over the past two decades I’ve had the chance to help build and scale cybersecurity and AI companies, shape go-to-market strategy, and advise large organizations on digital risk. What I do best is spotting patterns and stripping away noise so teams can solve complex problems—skills that come as much from my neurodivergent wiring as from any executive playbook.
Still, my story is less about titles and more about learning to show up as myself. I spent years masking in meetings and pushing through burnout to meet neurotypical expectations. Now I’m focused on sharing what I’ve learned: that both early and late-diagnosed professionals can honor their differences, use their strengths, and succeed without hiding. Through speaking, writing, and mentoring, I try to help others navigate that same journey toward authenticity and sustainable success.
