We share data only with trusted vendors who help us operate the business (hosting, payment, email). They must keep the information confidential and secure.

EEA / UK (GDPR) visitors may request access, correction, deletion, or data portability.

We use SSL, strong passwords, role-based access, and vetted vendors to protect your data. No Internet transmission is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep client records for up to seven years to meet tax and legal obligations unless you ask for earlier deletion and no law requires us to keep them.

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the “last updated” date. Material changes will be announced by email to active clients.
