The Autistic Executive – Terms and Conditions

By using our website or booking a session you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide non-clinical career coaching, training, and resources for autistic and other neurodivergent adults. We do not provide medical, psychological, or legal services.

You must be at least 18 years old or have written parental consent.

Sessions are prepaid at the rates shown on our website unless we agree otherwise in writing. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

• seek licensed therapy or medical help for health issues outside our coaching scope

We keep session details confidential except where disclosure is required by law (for example, imminent harm).

All materials we provide (workbooks, templates, graphics) remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive license for personal use only.

Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the fees you paid for the session or package giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.

We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the site or services after changes means you accept the new terms.
